Whether you are a teacher wanting to bring a class, a student wanting a pass, someone after the free resources, or a school worried about cost and asking about a bursary, this is the place. The team is small and based at our Qena office, so the person who answers you knows the programmes and can actually help — usually Sameh for schools or Nadia for students. Tell us what you need below, or write or call directly, and we reply within one working day, from a real person who knows the programmes and can actually act on your request.
Email reaches us most reliably and lets us reply in full; for something quick, the phone is fine during office hours. If you are a teacher enquiring about a visit, telling us the year group, subject and rough numbers lets us reply with a real, useful suggestion rather than another round of questions.
Our Qena office is the trust's home; teachers and partners are welcome to call in by arrangement, though everything can equally be handled by email and phone, which is how most schools across Upper Egypt work with us. On bursaries especially, please just ask — a quiet word in confidence is all it takes, and no school should ever hesitate over cost.
If your question is "which museums?", the partner museums page lists them. If it is "what does it cost?", the prices page sets it out. If it is "what resources are there?", the resources page has them. For anything else, the form is here.
Within one working day, Sunday to Thursday. Because we reply personally, a full answer sometimes comes the next morning, but it will be from a real person who knows the programmes, not an automated message.
Yes. Our bursary scheme waives the fee entirely for schools that genuinely cannot pay — just say so when you write, in confidence. We would far rather welcome your class than turn it away over cost.
Yes. Choose "get a student pass" on the form and we will set you up; the student pass page explains what it includes. The pass is deliberately cheap so cost is never the barrier.
We are always glad to hear from museums across Upper Egypt that genuinely want to welcome young learners. Choose "becoming a partner museum" on the form and tell us about your collection and your facilities, and Ramy, who manages partnerships, will be in touch to talk it through.
No. Everything can be arranged by email and phone — the year group, the topic, the dates, the resources. Most schools across the region work with us entirely at a distance and the visit is no less well-planned for it. If you would like us to talk to staff beforehand, we are happy to, but it is never required.
